Ohio born artist, Clarice Moore is a multi-faceted and gifted fine artist whose diciplines include oils, soft pastels, drawing, writing and portraiture. Largely self-taught, she has received awards on numerous occasions as well as letters and recognition for her work in newpapers and magazines and has enjoyed a life-long journey of selling, gallery exhibiton, and shows. Currently, the artist is marketing her new book, "Dilly the Violin" which she wrote and illustrated-giving live demos at area libraries along with her violin students, introducing kids to the world of music and offering patrons a chance to purchase a signed copy. As an exciting spin-off of these performances the artist has been asked to teach workshops on book illustration and self-publishing and is currently a member of the Society of Childrens Book Writers and Illustrators. She resides in Fairborn, Ohio with her husband and three children.
